Dr. Whitney Trompeter was born and raised in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. She attended The Pennsylvania State University for her undergraduate studies majoring in Biology. She went on to study medicine at Drexel College of Medicine in Philadelphia, graduating 2014. She completed her pediatric residency with Connecticut Children’s Medical Center in Hartford, Connecticut through The University of Connecticut School of Medicine Department of Pediatrics. She then ventured west and practiced general pediatric medicine, including inpatient newborn care and outpatient medicine in Scottsdale, Arizona at Arbor Pediatrics, previously named Scottsdale Children’s Group.
Dr. Trompeter is a board-certified pediatrician and a fellow in the American Academy of Pediatrics. She is passionate about preventative medicine and social media awareness. She lives with her husband, two boys, and 2 dogs. She enjoys reading, creating nail art, Zumba, and word games.
