HEAT SAFETY
SUMMERTIME

Hot summer days mean kids need extra help staying cool. Kids sweat less efficiently than adults, so they're more prone to overheating. Watch for signs of heat exhaustion: heavy sweating, fatigue, dizziness, or nausea. Offer water frequently (not just when they say they're thirsty), dress them in light breathable fabrics, and never leave a child in a parked car - not even for a minute. 💧https://www.readingpediatrics.com/ #HeatSafety #SummerHealth #PediatricTips #KidsHealth
