Notice: The 2011 flu shot clinics are scheduled for Sat. Oct. 8, Sat. Nov. 5, and Sat. Dec. 3 in the Wyomissing office from 7am- 11am. Dates and times are subject to change based on vaccine availability.

Dr. Jamie Chmielowski was born and raised in Delaware County, Pennsylvania. She graduated with highest honors from the University of Notre Dame with a degree in Science Pre-Professional Studies. After graduating from college, she returned to the Philadelphia area and attended Jefferson Medical College. She completed her pediatric residency training at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia where she was involved with homeless health care and received the compassionate care award. Dr. Chmielowski is a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics, the Pennsylvania Medical Society and the American Medical Association. She and her husband Dave enjoy dining out, listening to country music, cheering for the Philadelphia sports teams and spending time with their family and friends.
